I have been on a leave from the show for a few months, and this new episode is great. I talk with Kara Wattunen a tournament-fishing woman from Minnesota. Kara has fished in a number of tournaments including Cabela’s National Walleye Tour (https://www.facebook.com/NationalWalleyeTour/). You can contact Kara via Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/karawattunenpromotional/) or on Instagram (@kwattunen).
In this episode we discuss a number of different subjects that Kara is passionate about. Here is a link to further articles that Kara has written on numerous subjects around fishing (https://powrtran.com/blog/harsh-reality-kara-wattunen/).
In this weeks episode I interview legendary professional angler Mark Martin (http://www.markmartins.net). Mark has spend almost the last 30 years making a living as a professional angler, best known for the numerous walleye tournament wins. Mark has been fishing his whole life, but cemented his reputation by fishing walleye at night.
On Mark’s website you can access information on the books, DVDs, and articles that Mark has available. Also, Mark offers summer and winter walleye fishing clinics (www.fishingvacationschool.com).
We have a great discussion on tournaments and expectations of a co-angler that might fish with Mark or any other pro-angler.
Connect with Mark at his website (www.markmartins.net), Facebook (@MarkMartinsFishing), or by email from the Contact Us on his website.

This was Mike’s first year fishing as a pro in the Cabela’s National Walleye Tour (http://www.nationalwalleyetour.com) after years of fishing as a semi-pro.
